Governors and staff

The Foundation is controlled by up to 14 Governors who are elected to serve a term of office of four years. Governors may serve for further terms of office.

Of the 14 Governors, two Governors are appointed by other organisations:

The Cathedral School may appoint one Governor – Mrs Janet Simpson is its appointed Governor
Guy's and St Thomas' Charity may appoint one Governor – Mr Tim McNally is its appointed Governor.

The day to day management of the Foundation is carried out by the Clerk to the Governors, the Field Officer and the Executive Officer.

Management of the property portfolio is carried out by the Surveyor to Marshall's Charity.
